The Firm’s foot print extends beyond Antigua and Barbuda to include St. Kitts and Nevis and the Commonwealth of Dominica.
Ms. Walwyn qualified as a Barrister at Law and Solicitor having completed studies at the University of Buckingham, England and the Norman Manley Law School, Jamaica. With over 25 years of experience, she started practicing in 19xx as an Associate in the Chambers of the late Sydney P. Christian QC, until she established the Law Cottage in 2006. Over the years, Ms. Walwyn has developed a forte in the field of Commercial Law. She has acted as Local Counsel for various regional and international firms in significant local and multi-jurisdictional matters and transactions.
Ms. Walwyn believes in continuous enrichment through training and education, participating in developmental courses annually, in order to keep abreast of the times. Her knowledge, skill and expertise allow her to advise on, and draft, various types of contracts related to Complex Financial Transactions, Property Development Projects, Project Finance, the structuring of Financial Facilities and acquisition of Securities.
